Job Description:As the Assistant Manager (Fund Administration), you will play a vital role within the Fund Administration team. This position involves providing exemplary administrative services as part of the Client Services division. You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships and leading a specialized administration team to ensure the effective delivery of client services across a varied portfolio of client structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage workload planning and distribution, overseeing progress checks and detailed evaluations of administrative deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance on administrative outputs prior to dissemination to investors or external parties, as well as prior to client reviews.
- Professionally liaise with legal counsel, auditors, and other critical business partners to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Detect and report issues concerning statutory records, communicating these effectively to management and assisting in resolution efforts.
- Compile and analyze management information for operational activities, spearheading performance reviews and fostering professional growth for team members.
- CGI qualified or equivalent, with no less than four years of relevant experience in fund administration or a comparable field.
- Significant supervisory or line management experience, demonstrating robust leadership skills.
- Ability to cultivate meaningful rapport while delivering optimal client-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in managing intricate information and adept problem-solving skills, even when faced with challenging scenarios.
