Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fund Administrator to join our Jersey operations. In this senior, strategic capacity, you will oversee the administration of sophisticated funds, ensure precise NAV calculations, coordinate statutory reporting, and uphold robust governance with onboarded clients. You will partner with portfolio managers, compliance, and operations to deliver timely, accurate, and scalable fund administration services, while driving process improvements and risk controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end fund administration for a portfolio of complex funds, guaranteeing NAV accuracy, reconciliations, and investor reporting.
- Steer regulatory adherence and governance, supervising client deliverables and statutory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes and automate routine tasks where feasible.
- Serve as a trusted senior liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and offering strategic guidance on fund operations.
- Coach and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of precision, control, and professional growth.
- Drive business expansion by onboarding new funds and expanding existing mandates.
- Extensive experience in fund administration within fiduciary or corporate services environments.
- Strong technical mastery of NAV computations, trial balances, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting.
- In-depth understanding of Jersey regulatory regimes and fund industry reporting requirements.
- Proven leadership with ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams; adept at influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CFA or equivalent are preferred.
