Job Description:The role of the Senior Fund Administrator centers on the comprehensive administration of corporate and fund structures, necessitating a proactive approach and coordination under the mentorship of the Client Relationship Manager. This important position calls for proficiency in managing client relationships, supervising task execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients and various stakeholders within the business.
- Oversee the administration of a wide variety of entities, including corporate vehicles, investment holding companies, and fund structures.
- Manage company secretarial duties, such as preparing agendas, distributing board packs, and drafting minutes and resolutions for regular operations.
- Supervise and review the contributions of junior team members.
- Draft and prepare documentation for the incorporation of new companies and ensure compliance with annual and other additional filings.
- Support the client due diligence (CDD) process for shareholders and maintain accurate registers.
- Safeguard precise and timely record-keeping for all entities, including necessary updates.
- Communicate with notary offices, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies as required.
- Guarantee the timely completion of all regulatory and statutory filings.
- Prepare payment instructions for financial transactions and monitor expense settlements across various structures.
- Train staff on electronic banking systems and manage the establishment of new bank accounts.
- Assist in the audit processes for corporate entities.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff, guiding their professional development under senior oversight.
- Applicants should hold or be pursuing a relevant professional qualification, ideally at the ICSA Certificate level or an accountancy qualification.
- A strong technical understanding of financial services is crucial.
